To help meet your quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance objectives being proactive is essential and best done by incorporating feed-forward processes between functions as well as implementing learn / improve cycles in your feed-back path.


These become proactive mechanisms when used to achieve goal-directed objectives where progress is made over time by advancing process capabilities not by conformance to prescriptive requirements.
