At the end of this step, you’ll have a clear understanding of your compliance situation and actionable steps you can take to improve your compliance.
By completing The Total Value Scorecard™ and participating in a hands-on working session (60-minutes) you'll quickly learn where compliance waste is created, and opportunities for improvement.
We will also decide together if this program is right for you.
2. EVALUATE
This 10-week participatory engagement (3 hours per week investment) is where compliance program & obligation owners, managers, and teams actively engage in learning, evaluation, and development of a detailed roadmap to integrative compliance operability; establishing essential capabilities to create more value, less waste, and greater assurance.
