The Total Value Compliance Program™ follows a four-step process designed to transition from procedural to operational compliance – compliance that is capable of being effective.

Rapid assessment of your compliance situation and identify areas of risk and improvement.
2. EVALUATE
Executive / management education, program evaluation (audit), and road map development towards Minimal Viable Compliance (MVC) - compliance that is operational.
3. OPERATIONALIZE
Implementation of essential functions, behaviours and interactions to achieve compliance operability - ability to protect and ensure total value creation.
4. ELEVATE
Continuous improvement to enhance compliance operability and maximize total value creation over time.

By engaging in these four steps, you will finally realize the benefits from always staying ahead of risk, between the lines, and on-mission.

1. ORIENT

The first step, which we offer for FREE, is where we help you quickly assess your compliance situation and identify areas of risk and improvement.

At the end of this step, you’ll have a clear understanding of your compliance situation and actionable steps you can take to improve your compliance. We will also decide together if this program is the right fit for your organization.

By completing The Total Value Compliance Scorecard™ and participating in a hands-on working session (60-minutes) you'll quickly learn where compliance waste is created, and opportunities for improvement.

2. EVALUATE

This step is where you will receive executive / management education, conduct a comprehensive program evaluation (audit), and develop a road map towards compliance operability; the ability to always keep you ahead of risk, between the lines, and on-mission towards total value creation.

During this 10 week participatory engagement (4 hours per week investment) the compliance program owner, compliance team and obligation owners (depending on the package chosen) will actively engage in learning, evaluation (audit), and the development of a detailed road map to operationalize and then elevate your compliance to realize greater compliance value (Total Value) over time.

3. OPERATIONALIZE

This step is where you build what’s essential to achieve Minimum Viable Compliance (MVC), a minimum level of operability before value is realized.

You and your team will establish essential functions, behaviours, and interactions to achieve Minimal Viable Compliance and start realizing the benefits that come from effective compliance.
