The first step, which we offer for FREE, is where we help you quickly assess your operational compliance situation and identify areas of risk and improvement.
At the end of this step, you’ll have a clear understanding of your compliance situation and actionable steps you can take to improve your compliance. We also decide together if this program is the right fit for your organization.

2. EVALUATE
This 10-week participatory engagement (3 hours per week investment) is where compliance program & obligation owners, managers, and teams actively engage in learning, evaluation, and development of a detailed roadmap to integrative compliance operability; establishing essential capabilities to create more value, less waste, and greater assurance.
