Operational Compliance - Update

Updated: May 3

The following diagram is a vertical orientation of our Operational Compliance Model updated to better emphasize how bridging the gap between the ends and means happens in accountable organizations.

Operational Compliance Model (Updated)

We use the Operational Compliance Model to ensure policy-driven outcomes, targets, standard practices, and rules arising from modern and risk-based regulatory designs are properly handled with assurance at the right level of accountability and responsibility from the top to the bottom of the organization.

The Operational Compliance Model includes built-in risk management, compliance, and governance right from the start in one integrative model.

It's also AI-Ready with reinforcement learning loops to not only course correct but also teach you how to improve at the same time.

The Operational Compliance Model incorporates the essential principles to meeting obligations and keeping promises with accountability, scalable for all businesses from small, medium or large.

This model is best implemented using the Lean Startup approach to achieve Minimal Viable Compliance (MVC), on which improvements can be made over time.

At all times, you will learn how to be effective at compliance as you build capability from a scooter, motorcycle, and then a car.

Compliance cannot be achieved by the parts alone. Only when the parts are working together as one system can the outcome of compliance be realized.

Our methodology lifts businesses in highly regulated, high-risk industries above the reactivity of being buried by standards, frameworks, and controls focused on certifications and audits.

By effectively meeting your safety, security, sustainability, quality, regulatory, and ethical obligations, you'll always stay on mission, between the lines, and ahead of risk.
