• AI Governance has arrived and with it new obligations. Not from regulation, but from the commitments organizations have made themselves. AI governance policies create obligations from the day they are approved.

• What is being built to meet them. Policies, committees, inventories, and annual reviews. A recognizable structure, built competently, that does not regulate anything.
