Compliance Cybernetics Foundations

We are excited to offer another course in our Foundations series this one on Operational Cybernetics.

Cybernetics is the science of steering or more precisely governing.  It is how modern organizations regulate what they do to achieve desired outcomes and conditions.

In this course you will learn what cybernetics is, how it is used to regulate systems and behaviors, and how to apply it to your compliance efforts to stay between the lines and ahead of risk.

Course Outcomes:

By completing this course you will: 

• Learn the nature of cybernetics and how it is applied to achieve compliance objectives
• Learn the regulator model and how it is used to control all purposeful systems
• Learn how to apply double-loop regulation to drive compliance effectiveness
• Learn how to regulate ethical and moral imperatives
